Terms of service

By accessing or using Noah, you agree to these terms. If you access the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.

During the design-partner phase, access is granted by invitation. Each user is invited by a workspace administrator and given a role (Admin, Analyst, or Viewer) and specific tool-level permissions. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You will not use Noah to violate any law, infringe rights, send spam, or transmit malicious code. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, probe its security, or use it to provide a competing product.

You retain all rights to data you connect to Noah. We process it only to provide the service. Specifics on processing, security, and subprocessors are in our Data Processing Addendum.

Noah, including the software, brand, documentation, and any improvements derived from aggregated usage, remains the property of End Point. Nothing in these terms transfers any IP rights to you.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least the same care it uses to protect its own. Customer data is treated as your confidential information.

The service is provided “as is” during the design-partner phase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Final liability terms will be set in the counsel-reviewed MSA.

Either party may terminate the design-partner relationship with written notice. On termination, we’ll return or delete your customer data per your written instructions within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where End Point is headquartered. Final venue, choice of law, and dispute resolution will be specified in the MSA.
